Cancellation Policy/Terms & Conditions:
All requests for tickets, package purchases, parking and transportation or any other services from
DERBYDEALS.COM, whether by Internet, phone or in-person, are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By your request or purchase of tickets, a package or any other services from DERBYDEALS.COM you acknowledge and confirm that you have fully read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. All Sales are Final, No Refunds on Deposits
Please only order tickets after you are sure that you want them and have read and understood all of
DERBYDEALS.COM’s Terms & Conditions. Once placed, your order cannot be canceled nor deposit refunded. Changes or exchanges can only be done with agreement from DERBYDEALS.COM management based upon availability, pricing, etc. and may be subject to a 25%fee.
2. Order Processing & Confirmation
When you check out on our website (or with a DERBYDEALS.COM representative on the phone, at our office,
or in-person), you are submitting an order request. Online orders are pending and will receive an order confirmation email to let you know that we have received your request. Orders are not complete until confirmed.
As soon as we confirm and process your order, we will charge your credit card the full purchase price (ticket price, service charges, applicable tax and shipping if not included in the quoted price). Once your credit card is charged you will receive an Order Confirmation email or invoice that includes your invoice or order number in addition to order and shipping or delivery information. When DERBYDEALS.COM charges your credit card and sends you the Order Confirmation email or invoice, your order is protected according to the terms of our DERBYDEALS.COM Guarantee. We will then notify you of ticket delivery prior to the event.
You may see a date on a ticket posting stating an “estimated arrival date” or “estimated ship date.” This shipping notification is only an estimated arrival date or estimated shipping date.
Unable to Confirm Tickets or a Package
If DERBYDEALS.COM are unable to confirm your ticket, package or service request, you will receive an email or phone call to notify you that your order could not be confirmed. An order number may be assigned prior to confirmation.
If after two (2) business days you have not heard from us or received an order confirmation, please contact our office to check on your order request. Placing an additional order with us, or elsewhere, while your original order is being confirmed may result in you buying extra tickets. You are responsible for checking your email, including your SPAM filter, for order information from DERBYDEALS.COM.
3. Ticket Prices
The price you pay for tickets may be higher than face value, which is the price printed on the ticket. Not all tickets have a face value printed on the ticket. Ticket prices quoted on the phone or via email with one of our representatives are valid for 24 hours. All ticket prices are subject to change at any time, without notice, until your credit card has been charged. All ticket prices are in US Dollars ($USD).
The DERBYDEALS.COM Guarantee protects you, the purchaser, by guaranteeing 100% of your ticket or package purchase price. DERBYDEALS.COM guarantees that once your order is confirmed and processed:
- Your tickets will be authentic.
- Your tickets will be delivered in time for your event.
- Your tickets will be as good as or better than the ones you ordered.
- You will receive a refund if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
Refund Request Form
To obtain a refund for a canceled and not rescheduled event, DERBYDEALS.COM must receive a completed Refund Request Form from you within five (5) business days after the date of your event. Once your request is received, a DERBYDEALS.COM representative will contact you to discuss refund options.
Ticket Return Requirements
If you received your tickets, but you are claiming a refund under the DERBYDEALS.COM Guarantee, you must return your tickets to DERBYDEALS.COM in the manner and by the deadline requested by the DERBYDEALS.COM representative.
If your event is canceled in advance of its scheduled date and is eligible for the DERBYDEALS.COM
Guarantee, you must also return your tickets to DERBYDEALS.COM so that DERBYDEALS.COM receives them within five (5) business days of the announced cancellation. Be sure to return your tickets using a reliable method of return that issues you a receipt, so you can be sure we get them on time.
Order Problem, Contact Us
We value our clients and want to work with you to solve problems. Therefore, communicating any problems as quickly as possible with DERBYDEALS.COM enhances our ability to adequately resolve any issues you encounter.
If the tickets on your confirmed order are not received before the event, please contact us immediately. DERBYDEALS.COM will work to deliver the tickets to you. If the tickets or acceptable substitutes cannot be delivered prior to the event, then DERBYDEALS.COM will refund 100% of your payment for the undelivered tickets.
If the tickets on your confirmed order are deemed invalid and not honored by the venue, please contact us immediately. DERBYDEALS.COM will attempt to procure replacement tickets for the event. If acceptable substitutes cannot be delivered for the event, then DERBYDEALS.COM will refund 100% of your payment for the invalid tickets.
If the tickets you receive are not as good as or better than the ones you ordered, please contact us immediately. DERBYDEALS.COM at its sole discretion will determine whether tickets meet the criteria and if they do not,
DERBYDEALS.COM will work with you to exchange tickets where practical. At DERBYDEALS.COM’s discretion we may choose to simply refund 100% of your payment for the tickets, if the tickets are returned in manner we request.
5. Shipping and Ticket Delivery
Your tickets will be shipped via the delivery option you listed or selected on your order (typically UPS or FedEx), as soon as the tickets are available to ship. Tickets are normally shipped on business days, not on weekends and holidays. DERBYDEALS.COM is not responsible for UPS or FedEx (or other similar carrier) delivery delays or errors.
DERBYDEALS.COM does typically require a signature on delivery; you must notify us in writing when ordering if you want us to not require a signature.
You must provide a valid address where we can ship your tickets; it should be a location where FedEx, UPS or other carrier can safely leave your tickets. If your tickets are returned to us by the carrier, we will attempt to contact you to obtain an alternate address. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, we have the right, but not the obligation, to re-sell the tickets.
Shipping fees and delivery fees are the same price and are not refundable.
Check your Tickets
Please check your tickets carefully once they arrive, or you pick them up. You must notify
DERBYDEALS.COM within 24 hours of receiving your tickets and before your event, if the tickets are different (excluding upgraded tickets) from what you ordered. You are solely responsible for safekeeping of the tickets you purchase. DERBYDEALS.COM cannot replace tickets if they are lost, stolen, left at home/work, or damaged.
Ticket Pick-Up & Delivery
If we are unable to ship your tickets, or your order requires on-site or hotel pick-up or courier delivery, a DERBYDEALS.COM representative will contact you to provide details on how to pick-up your tickets.
Additional charges may apply for any special delivery options needed for your order.
Ticket orders and packages are protected under our DERBYDEALS.COM Guarantee, which states we will refund your money if we are unable to obtain the tickets or deliver any aspect of your ticket package.
If we fail to deliver tickets within the stated parameters on your order, DERBYDEALS.COM may offer to upgrade or downgrade the tickets on your order. We will contact you to verify that any upgraded or downgraded tickets are suitable and discuss with you whether compensation to offset a downgrade is appropriate. There will be no additional cost to you for upgraded tickets. If you do not want the downgraded tickets you can request a 100% refund under the terms of the DERBYDEALS.COM Guarantee, in effect at the time of the order, and we will return a sum equal to 100% of any payments made for the undelivered tickets.
6. Credit Card Purchases
Certain orders may require you to provide additional proof of identity before we can process the order. Credit card purchases do not grant any variances from our Terms and Conditions; you are still responsible for complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to defraud DERBYDEALS.COM may result in legal and criminal action brought against you.
7. Ticket Holder Behavior Policy
By ordering tickets from DERBYDEALS.COM, you agree to abide by all behavior and conduct policies and rules at the venue where the event is located. Should you or your guests’ behavior cause your ejection from the event, then you are solely liable for any fines or financial losses that occur as a result of your misconduct. Fan support is best when it is positive; please exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.
8. Typographical Errors or Inaccuracies
The seating chart on our website is included as a convenience and is shown to provide a general view of the venue in accordance with the information we have received, which may or may not be accurate. It is your responsibility to confirm the exact location in the venue of the tickets we offer.
Information on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Pricing and availability are not always updated in real time and may be subject to change. Pricing changes or discontinued products may not always be reflected on the site at the time of purchase. DERBYDEALS.COM does not honor pricing or offerings that have typeographical errors on the website. Please notify us if you discover any technical issues. DERBYDEALS.COM reserves the right to make changes without notice.
DERBYDEALS.COM does not promise that its site, or any content, service, or feature thereof, will be errorfree or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of our website will provide specific results. DERBYDEALS.COM reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site or full or partial access thereto without notice and for any reason.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
DERBYDEALS.COM’S SOLE OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR UNDELIVERED TICKETS OR ANY OTHER TICKET PROBLEMS IS LIMITED TO THE DERBYDEALS.COM GUARANTEE WHICH IS OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TO YOU, THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THE TICKETS.
IF A TICKET IS NOT DELIVERED, DERBYDEALS.COM SHALL PROVIDE A REFUND EQUAL TO 100%
OF THE CONTRACTED PRICE FOR EACH GUARANTEED TICKET NOT DELIVERED, UNLESS NONDELIVERY IS DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF DERBYDEALS.COM, INCLUDING A SHIPPING ERROR, NATURAL DIASTER, OR ARMED CONFLICT.
IF A PROBLEM OCCURS AND DELIVERY OF AN EXACT TICKET LOCATION BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE,
DERBYDEALS.COM WILL OFFER A COMPARABLE TICKET AT THE SAME OR LOWER PRICE AS THE
CONTRACTED TICKET. IN THE RARE INSTANCE THAT A TICKET PRUCHASED BY DERBYDEALS.COM
IS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN STOLEN, COUNTERFEITED OR REPORTED LOST BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND DERBYDEALS.COM PURCHASED THESE IN GOOD FAITH, THEN
DERBYDEALS.COM WILL REFUND ONLY THE FULL CONTRACTED PRICE. ALL DEPOSITS FOR TICKETS NOT
DELIVERED WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT.
IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, DERBYDEALS.COM WILL FOLLOW THE REFUND POLICY OF THE VENUE OR EVENT. THIS REFUND MAY BE MONETARY, A STORE CREDIT, OR A MUTUALLY AGREED UPON TICKET EXCHANGE.
DERBYDEALS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING REIMBURSEMENT TO ANYONE FOR
TRAVEL, LODGING, OR OTHER EXPENSES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS THOSE ITEMS ARE SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED AS PART OF A PACKAGE THAT IS PURCHASED FROM DERBYDEALS.COM.
DERBYDEALS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED EVENTS, STRIKES OR
OTHER LABOR DISTURBANCES, LOSS OF POWER, FIRE, ACTS OF TERRORISM, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL THAT MAY LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THIS EVENT.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS AND THE SENSITIVITY OF SEAT LOCATIONS, IN SOME
CIRCUMSTANCES THE EXACT SEAT LOCATION MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY FROM WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED. IN THESE CASES, DERBYDEALS.COM WILL OFFER THE BUYER A BETTER, COMPARABLE, OR REPLACEMENT TICKET.
DERBYDEALS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPGRADE CUSTOMERS AT NO ADDITIONAL
COST TO IMPROVE THE SEATS IF WHAT THEY ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE. CUSTOMERS
WILL BE CONTACTED IF UPGRADES ARE ASSIGNED. IN THE RARE INSTANCE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE COMPARABLE TICKETS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE NOTIFIED IN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME AND PROVIDED A 100% REFUND INCLUDING ALL FEES.
A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGE ON ALL CANCELLED ORDERS OR DEPOSITS IF APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.
DERBYDEALS.COM PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE AND SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ANY AND ALL TRANSPORTATION-RELATED IMAGES DISPLAYED ON THE DERBYDEALS.COM WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL VEHICLE WHICH MAY BE USED FOR THE RELEVANT TRANSPORATION SERVICES.

FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF DERBYDEALS.COM’S SERVICES.
DERBYDEALS.COM GENERALLY WORKS WITH TICKET SUPPLIERS WITH WHOM
DERBYDEALS.COM HAS ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE HIGH
VOLUME OF TICKETS DERBYDEALS.COM OBTAINS FROM COMMERCIAL THIRD PARTY
SUPPLIERS AND INDIVIDUAL SELLERS, IT IS NOT REASONABLY FEASIBLE FOR
DERBYDEALS.COM TO RESEARCH AND CONFIRM EVERY OFFER OF TICKETS LISTED. WITH DERBYDEALS.COM PRIOR TO THE PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER BY A DERBYDEALS.COM CUSTOMER.
DERBYDEALS.COM DOES CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH THE SUPPLIER/SELLER WHEN YOU ORDER TICKETS, PRIOR TO CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD. THE PROCEDURE IS DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, DERBYDEALS.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY,
INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF DERBYDEALS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN THE EVENT DERBYDEALS.COM IS REQUIRED TO SEEK LEGAL REMEDIES TO RECOVER FEES

If someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you. DERBYDEALS.COM is not responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangement, hospitality areas, or security checks which may delay your entrance to event. If any cameras or audiovisual equipment obstruct the view from your seats, it is your responsibility to ask an usher to remove the obstruction or re-seat you.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE PROVISIONS
You acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to your use of this website or your transaction(s) with DERBYDEALS.COM will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana. You also agree to jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts within Marion County, Indiana.

Aside from our listed official sponsorships, we are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues, or organizations listed on this website. DERBYDEALS.COM may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your use of this site will be conditioned upon the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your use. When you use our website to request tickets, it signifies your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
11. Map, Image, or Content Usage
Unauthorized use and/or duplication of this material without express and written permission from this site’s author and/or owner is strictly prohibited. If you are found scraping and/or using any part of the site, including but not limited to content, code or images, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
12. Acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions
